2020 Theme

After God’s dramatic rescue of his people from slavery in Egypt, the Israelites arrived at the doorsteps of the Promised Land only to find themselves wandering in the wilderness for 40 years. The dry experience of the desert is something students in our day will experience at some point in their walk with Jesus and pursuit of his Promised Kingdom. In these moments questions arise that frustrate us and sometimes stall our growth.

Is God faithful? Is God present? Can God supply my life?

This summer Neb-Wyo-Dak Camps will follow the cloud by day and the pillar of fire by night into the desert. The desert may be difficult, but it’s in the desert that God speaks.

"The desert doesn’t mean deserted".
